I've read a great recipe in a link given here in the forum but unfortunately I lost it and can't remember how to make it.
In the place where I'm now I can find only fenugreek seeds, extract isn't available.
In the article that I read they gave two ways of making the lotion, by using glycerin or alcohol.
Please, could you share your recipes of fenugreek lotion ? Or maybe if you know the article I mentioned, share the link, please. There was written a lot about other breast enhancement herbs as well - such as red clover, wild yam etc. It was a big article.

Here is a recipe I use for lotion. I replace the water with whatever herb I'm using which has been steeped in boiling water. Works great x)

Oh, just wanted to ask, how long do you steep ? Do you steep after the water has boiled or you boil it for several minutes?
