I have both copies, but unfortunately, the content are very similar. All pretty much talking about fenugreek, red clover and saw palmetto. And PC cream. I haven't tried herbal, I'm doing PM now, but it seems like you have all the info you need in this forum.

I would if I could but my copy expired after a couple of months. I couldn't save it either had to keep it open in an Internet tab to be able to read it. I just had to right things down to have record of what to do. I personally think its a scam.
