I looked at a diagram showing the different tanner stages for breast developement, and I seem to be at stage 4, where the nipple is still puffy. Will it change with breast growth to reach stage 5, where the nipple is flat? Or is it just the style of nipple I have? Anybody experienced what I'm talking about?

A lot of us are interested to know this as well. I don't think I know of anyone that has but I have seen transgendered women that have been given hormones and the have gone up the Tanner scale so in theory I would think it is possible. Specially if you are young to begin with. I remember reading that going from Tanner 4 to 5 was specially difficult so many transgender women got stuck in Tanner 4. Check out the underdeveloped breasts section. There are some good discussions going on.[/u]
