According to online hormone test I am Estrogen Dominance. I am planing to take PM pills and cream and also PC. Is it a good plan.

Can u please suggest how to introduce these in my routine so I can get result.

What other herbs and supplements I should introduce.

Please help me. Reading reading reading making my head blow. I m getting confuse.
