Hey guys! I'm back with a question I reckon you guys may be able to answer. I used to get swanson's spearmint capsules on amazon to block dht. I live in the uk and since they've disappeared from amazon I wondered if anyone knows a uk website (or one without huge charges for uk delivery) that I can restock from? I really liked that brand of spearmint and felt it was doing what it's supposed to but I'm willing to try another brand if it's as good or even another herb that would work in the same way. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Had a similar issue with spearmint availability from swanson, it took over a month for just 1 bottle (supplier issue I was told).
In the meantime I switched to the tea, once the tabs arrived I stuck with the tea!
Anyways, just FYI, but spearmint is really popular now and supplier issues has caused the shortage, that's what Swanson told me back in oct.

Only 1 or 2. I'm a biological female but I think I have excess androgens. I noticed the hair on my legs grows back slower when I take it and I also tend to get less bloating, so it's good for that if nothing else
