I have been on spironolactone for over 6months now. I've noticed less hair growth and I am now sore in my breast. My dose was recently increased from 50mg to 100mg. I have been under a doctors care and have been wanting to do it the right way, but my cholesterol level hasn't been cooperating and my doctor won't prescribe estrogen.
I am so sick of the hoops Doctors make one jump through. Is there anybody out there who has been in the same situation? Obviously my body is ready for the introduction of estrogen, and I want to take herbs if the doctor is denying me the prescription.
