I don't know solgar I would say ainterol seems the popular one here because its inexpensive and gives results I used it it worked very well the capsuals come in 500mg so if you want less they do have a powder and extract.

Solgar PM phtogen complex tablets have only 80 mg of PM in it while it has 1000 mcg of vitamin B-12 which is almost 16000 % of what the human body requires for B-12. Another words, a lot of stuff other than PM. So........
