Can anyone grow?

#1

So, I's been 3 month since I started nbe and I had no significant growth. for those of you that grew at least 1 cup size, how long did it take you?
I'm thinking that maybe I'm just not a good candidate for nbe, since In this 3 month I'm only gaining inches on my butt and waist but not on my boobs, it's like the fat refuses to move there.
I'm kinda discouraged and thinking that I'm just waisting time and this might not work for me. I measured now and I have a 1" growth on my butt, which is good and all but I want my boobs to grow not my bottom.
Plus my boobs are looking smaller than ever today Sad
I won't give up on this of course, cause I'm stubborn, but I don't know if there'll be at least a cup size difference in the end. I'll stick to nbe at least an year, I guess.

You look like you grew what methods have you tried?
Only nature day? If you have some left and don't want to waste maybe add cycling it with pm or change up your massage nbe is about trial and error to find the best method eg I didn't grow on bo but on pueraria I grew amazingly.
Not every method works well for everyone some people take a year for one cupsize but normally its much much faster I would still think its worth it even if I was growing slow.
Do you think its the time of your cycle where your breasts deflate a little that can be annoying when looking for nbe growth.
Don't give up some things happening Smile

I was up a cup size in about 9 months.... but that's using beast pumping... these things take time and you need to experiment with different products to find one that works best for you...

Which herbs are you using? Some phytohormones activate Estrogen Receptor Beta which work for butt growth. Other phytohormones, including those with androgenic properties, work against ER-Alpha, Progesterone receptor, and Progesterone receptors that are in the bust.
Fenugreek (sprouts), hops, pueraria mirifica, and asparagus(es) have shown to increase bust development in studies. Chasteberry (increases the luteal phase), white peony (reduces androgens), thistles (galactogogue), and rye should also be helpful. Green tea is good for reducing dht, which hinders growth, but I don't know if it works against BE. At least avoid green tea during the luteal phase.
