Please Help A Newbie!

I'm so thankful for this forum because it gives me hope for my hopeless situation. Long story short I'm 24 years old and I don't have any breasts. I'm like completely flat, I don't have even small breasts. I've been really depressed about not having breasts because I can't feel myself like a woman without boobs. I've decided to try growing breasts and I would have some questions for you. I tried to find answers to them but I didn't find any. I don't get periods because I'm on the Mirena IUD so I'm gonna take my PM daily all month long. I read that if you take it daily you should take a smaller amount of it. How could I know how much would be the right amount of it? I was also thinking about the pm dosage in general. Is the pm dosage the same for everyone or does the dosage depend on how much your weight is? If I take pm daily can I take Fenugreek, saw palmetto and red clover with it as well or is it too much? From what I've understood the massaging is essential to get your breast bigger. I can't massage by breasts at the moment because of accident so I was thinking that can I achieve any results without massaging my breasts? Would there be any options which could replace the massaging? For example would Noogleberry help at all? I was thinking of bying Ainterol breast spray or atomizer too. Are those meant for massaging only or could they help my breasts to grow if I just put them on my breasts without massaging them? My last question is that what would be the perfect body temperature for breast growht? Thank you so much if someone could answer to me <3

Hi Jasminbritney!

Hopefully some of the more knowledgeable members can give you info on the herbs and PM...I did want to say, though, that I don't have regular periods either - usually I go 2-4months in between bleeding periods - but from what I've researched, even though you aren't bleeding your body is still cycling, so to speak. So I don't think it would be a good idea to take PM straight through. IUD's irritate the lining of the uterus, which leads to thin/no periods, but that doesn't mean that you stop having a luteal/follicular cycle. I think it's important for you to track your body temp and chart your cycle regardless, so that you know when to take PM and when not to (because you, like me, can't chart your cycle based on consistent monthly periods).

Here are two links that give overviews on the luteal and follicular cycles:

http://www.webmd.com/women/tc/normal-men...rual-cycle

http://www.examiner.com/article/basal-bo...-explained

I use a digital thermometer and an app I found to chart my BBT (basal body temperature) because it's more convenient for me to simply enter the temperature and have the app track it for me. :]

Best of luck! <3 <3 <3

Welcome! I think that breast pumping will always help .... Its mechanical and really doesn't rely on any kind of hormone induced growth... Works by tissue expansion.... where tissue grows under negative air pressure.... and it helps stretch the skin out so that any herbal induced growth can happen easier....

I took 500mg of pm ainterol daily(im 5ft5 and was 150-160lbs)on depo provera birth control I grew about 6 inches in about 8months Sometimes I took breaks.
I suggest trying a lower dose to start if you want to use ainterol since it's known to be good they have a powder.
You don't need other herbs except I recommend taking something for circulation you can take a little fenugreek, maca, or anti androgens like saw palmetto or spearmint but its best to try just only pm first then maybe add other things once you get your pm dose right.
It may take longer to see results with herbs if you are below an a cup I think that's why most girls who are underdeveloped use bovine ovary because it seems to work differently.
I'm not sure adding a more pm topically is needed or will help if you take pm all month because a higher can slow rather than speed up growth like when I started I didn't know what I was doing I tried 1000mg per day then when I lowered to 500mg I got much faster better results.
Pumping does work well for a lot of people I used the noogleberry but be careful to choose the right size look at the base diameter and compare that with the width of your breasts however flat don't be surprised if you need a much larger size than suggested by cupsize.

I think a lot of the time it takes trial and error to figure out the correct dosages but it's always a good idea to start small and ramp up as your body adjusts. I'm 95 lbs and I take 500mgs a day cycled.I know you can take PM with fenugreek but I haven't done much research on the other herbs.
When using liquid/serum extracts it's best to put them on areas of low fat so that they could get absorbed easier. So you can use the spray or atomizer without having to massage. I think that both massage and breast pumping do the same thing so you can buy pumps (noogleberry or kangzhu).
