Well... now that I am trying to grow my breast, butt and lips.. I might as well take a long shot and try to get me some dimples too??? lol. IF that is possible. I was reading about devices that change ur nose so I kinda thought maybe theres some thing that helps get dimples? I googled some stuff... not sure of it tho. anyone got any experience or is it just a no go

You can get cheek piercings. Not only are they sexy af (to me anyways), but when you take them out you'll have dimples.

Well I guess I had a piercing that it left a scar like a belly button now dimple shape after trying lots for healing I don't like it Im happy its not on my face its not very attractive I havent seen anyone with nice facial piercings mostly scabby teenagers

I think she would be pretty without them, so I don't know if they can look sexy.
I heard you can get them by poking your cheeks with the back of a pen alot or something.
I thought most people had them when smiling I do a little.
