Hi everyone, Im new on here but have started my journey about a month ago. Im a skinny Indian girl weighing about 115 pounds, 5'5 height, never been on birth control, and genetically speaking im not from a "big boob" family.
I want a nice butt and breasts, which im really lacking
I started off with- bust-31.
Here are the things ive been taking :
Fenugreek - 610mg - 2x a day (Nature's way)
red clover - 400mg - 2x a day (Nature's way)
Wild yam - 425mg - 2x a day (Nature's way)
flaxseed oil capsules - 1000mg - 2x a day
FishOil capsules- 1000mg - 1x a day (Spectrum)
After a month ive increased about 1.5 inch. So now i'm at size 32.5, but the thing is im also about to start my periods in abt 5 days so it cud just be swelling :/
Now im planning to increase the dose of all of the above to 3x a day, and add maca capsules - 500mg - 3x a day (herb pharm) into my routine as well.
Can someone please suggest me whether im going in the right direction or not. I just heard these herbs help and i just added all of them to my routine, i mean atleast one of them wud work right
But im just scared whether it is okay to take all of them together, and what are the recommended doses. And anyone had success with such a program?
