Hello!!!

#1

I've been lurking for a bit and wanted to say hello. After breastfeeding for over a year my little A cups have gotten a bit droopy and I want to fill them up a bit. Right now I wear a 32A bra but I don't know my measurements off the top of my head. My goal is to be a B cup and I have no idea where to start. If anyone can give a good starting point that would be great. I'm also trying to lose some weight so I don't know how that would effect the boobs.

I'll post my measurements later on today.

Welcome,
check threads where people had results.
here's a sample where some things can be taken off of the program:

Menstruation: hops tea, nipple massage, milk-thistle, ginseng (panax, ashwaganda, eluthero) or other adaptogen (schisandra), multivitamin, natural peanut butter

End of menstruation: spearmint tea once every few months

Rest of follicular: fenugreek, white peony, pueraria, reishi, asparagus, topical aloe

Ovulation: nothing

Luteal phase: fenugreek, asparagus

During luteal swelling: all of the above plus fennel and rye; adjust doses

Vitamins A-E throughout based on Daily Recommended Intake. Nipple massage can be tweaked throughout. Topical horsetail (herb) optional

Here's the thread that shows the reasoning behind it. and there's more insight at the end of the post too: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=21160&pid=124228#pid124228

I too started this because a few moths after breast feeding my boobs had gotten so small. Fenugreek has really helped.
