I've been taking progesterone cream for the first time this month. I took it for 14 days and didn't experience any negative reactions. I did break out on my next but I'm not sure if that could've been caused by having too much sugar recently, which makes my skin break out. Anyway, my question is if progesterone cream causes significant delays in your menstrual cycle?? I should have gotten my period today but it didn't happen. I did read that once you begin taking progesterone cream you can experience a delay in your period that can delay it up to 2 weeks at the most. If I continue taking progesterone cream, is this delay only going to last temporarily? I did read that for the couple months that progesterone cream causes delays. The kind of the cream I'm taking is progesterone from Wild Yam.
