First off, I want to thank everyone who contributed to this forum, for it has truly inspired me with courage and hope! This is my first NBE experience and I would greatly appreciate anyone's guidance/tips.
Physical Info:
I am pale, asian
5'6 and 98-102lbs
i've always worn a 32A but an online calculator states 30AA
Diet:
I don't have a strict diet. I'm so add with food that i can't even eat the same food twice in week. My diet consists of plenty protein esp. pork belly!! Beef patties, EGG, fibers, asian foods, pasta, and very little carbs.
I recently purchased a lb of navita's naturol organic maca powder after searching its magical benefits of not only increasing the butt, but also helps hormone imbalance, menstural problems, depression. I specifically bought this to balance out the effects of PM. Anyone with recipes??
Daily Supplements:
1 Capsule of GNC Women's Ultra Mega vitamins
1000mg Nature's Way MSM
10,000 mcg Naturol Biotin
500mg Ainterol's PM
700 mg Nutrivato Omega 3
Cream/oil:
Nature Emu Oil
Emerita Progesterone Cream
Isosensuals Enhance breast enlargment
I also purchased a noogleberry, and i'm waiting for that to arrive before my regime begins..
I've studied our body's menstrual cycle from mustgrowbust & growbreastnaturally
Here is a chart they've used to simplify a 28 day cycle

with that in mind, my plan is as follows:
Follicular phase - 1000mg PM + supplements + 1TBS Maca powder
luteal phase - 500 MG PM daily + supplements + Progesterone Cream
Noogling: apply emu + 10 min pump + 10 min massage repeat x2
and finish with voluplus enhancement cream.
