Good day everybody!
I'm new to this forum and have just been browsing, hoping to find some good info and programs that work. I'm 27 y/o, 5 ft nothin,130lbs, and mother of two (8y and 5month old) I'm getting ready to stop nursing my baby and am dealing with sagging when my breasts are empty. I'm dreading what they might end up looking like when I am completely done nursing I have some questions if anybody feels like some suggestions I'm all ears. I'm on day 4 of light exercise routine (30 min/dy) ordering the kangzhu in large and also Swanson's BO. I have only been massaging(female deer) with sunflower oil and fat transfer massage for approx 2 weeks. So far I can notice more fullness at the base and it seems to stay.
What creams should I use(or not) with BO?
I've read that if I start off with a little more meat/fat that my chances of seeing results are better...is this true?
Should BO be cycled? If so, when?
My boobs are sagging, is there anything that can help with that?
Is there a store in U.S. that sells European size bras?
And lastly, please direct me to some NBE'ers that have had great success.
