Hi My name is Danielle. I am 27 yrs young. I have struggled with my chest after breastfeeding my 3 children. I have always been small. Before kids though they were perky & fine to me. So I've been trying to find a way to fill them out again...
so here's my program.
I take fungreek once a day 610 mg
Massage with flaxseed oil 2x's a day.
Noggle at least 2 hrs per day. With oil. 7:2 method.
So far I'm like what I see... I'm thinking of adding some more herbs... like maca & saw palmetto & L-Arginine. When I do I'll add it to my page. I've been taking herbs for a minute. Just started Noggle a wk ago. So just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. Glad to know I'm not the only booby crazy person out here. Lol.

hi welcome to the site.
sounds nice and simple what you are doing. sometimes its best to keep it that way, don't add too many herbs, it messes you up and confuses your system.
if anything id up the fenugreek (not over the suggested dosage) assuming youre confident your hormones are currently balanced and if you noticed any negative side effects cut back immediately or stop.
I don't like recommending herbs esp if you haven't had your hormones checked but it seems fenugreek is relatively safe if you aren't estrogen dominant and I only say that as my naturopath uses it in abundance plus having already breastfed 3 kids youre breasts might be open to prolactin type herbs.
Again always best to get the hormones checked before taking herbs so you start with a clean slate.
good luck

27 years young? Already worried about being an old lady, are we? ;-)
Breast of luck on your journey!!
As Pom said, it IS trial & error. Most people seem to have great results, but some don't.
