I am new to this forum and I would like to start a new thread on the effectiveness of shatavari for NBE. I am learning about this herb and I have not found much info on this forum yet.
Has anyone used it with great success? If so, could you please share your experience.

I have found some immediate swelling of the breasts and milk glands when applied to the breasts directly ( i used liquid shatavari extract and carrier oil- macadamia nut oil).

HOW LONG DID YOU USE IT FOR? WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO STOP?
I AM THINKING OF TAKING IT INTERNALLY SINCE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BALANCE YOUR HORMONES ACCORDING TO MY RESEARCH.
