So, as I had mentioned in my nbe program thread, my liquid aminos came in. I provided the link above, for anyone interested in knowing what I mean. I purchased my 16oz bottle from Amazon.
So, beyond being chock full of essential and non essential aminos, it actually doesn't taste half bad. Let me try to describe the taste:
Being labeled as a soy sauce alternative, it does taste vaguely similar, yet almost meaty. Kind of a hybrid between lite soysauce and beef bullion. No bad aftertaste.
I actually like it. I may order more.
The downside: 320 mg/ serving. =13% of recommended daily value.
I give this product 4 acorns out of 5. Only 4 due to relativity high sodium content. This is worth the $$. And being liquid. Should be more readily bio-available vs. Amino acid pills. Plus it tastes meaty... I like meat :p
