Borage oil or flaxseed oil - Help!

Am starting my program and wanted to understand the difference between EPO, starflower/borage and flaxseed. I thought that starflower was best as it had the highest GLA (about 200mg). Can you please help?

Borage is starflower. All three are good sources of EFAs, I believe the difference is in their hormonal activity. Some people say EPO itself made them grow, borage is very popular and personally I had more pains while on flax seed oil.

How about taking both? They both contain several nutrients that your body needs, and your body flushes out what it doesnt need.

Borage and EPO are sources of omega-6. Flaxseed is different as it's a source of omega-3.

Thanks v much will start to take flaxseed. Am already taking 1000mg of starflower.
