So I haven't gained anything according to the tape measure, but here are my before and after pictures. I have only been pumping for around 3 weeks now, 2-3 hours per night. I've only missed one day so far

I don't think they really got any bigger, but they do seem to be a bit lifted. And they FEEL better-more like boobs are supposed to feel.
