I'm new to NBE and have been doing Chi massages (300+ rotations, 2x day) with a mixture of lotion, saw palmetto extract, and a small amount of fenugreek. I've also been taking fennel capsules daily. Been at this faithfully for about a month and I have gained a very slight amount (about 1/2" according to my measuring). I'm also thinking of trying a Noogleberry.
My question is this:
If I continue this program long term (adding in the Noogleberry for approximately 30-45 minutes a day), is it a reasonable goal to go from my starting 34B to possibly a full C or even D?
I know it takes time, but I'm completely willing to be patient and consistent for the long haul if this is a possible goal.

Definatly a C cup and larger is a reasonable goal. Over maybe a 6 month period. All depends on how your body reacts to pumping. Some take longer. Personally I found that pumping and massage seem to counteract each other. Like massage deflates the pumping gains. So I stopped massaging.

Thank you for the replies, Karren and Blessed. I hope to achieve at least moderate success eventually, but better than moderate wouldn't be bad either!
One other question.. Are the results with Noogleberry and/or massage permanent if you keep up with a maintenance level routine after reaching a goal? Or can some people stop the routine completely and still keep their growth?

From experience with the noogleberry there is a little shrinkage if you stop for a period of time but general the gain is permanent. It's real tissue growth that can't in-grow.

Thank you. It's good to know that the hard work will produce permanent results if maintained!

Hi Karen long time no hear..
By that logic do you think massage might be counter productive for some people? It's not the first time I've heard it said?

Hey Ella! How you been? Personally when ever I've done massage with pumping it always seemed like I wasn't gaining anything. That one was countering the other. So I'm still just doing pumping. B

Hi again! I have another Noogleberry question!
Been reading some other threads on the forum about Noogling.. I've come across a few people who say that noogling can damage tissue/veins. I DEFINITELY don't want any damage done to myself, but also didn't want to totally give up on the idea of trying this.
So my question would be, is the concern here more about users abusing the system and putting to much pressure on the tissue, or is this a valid risk for anyone who uses it at all?
