Noogleberry professionals: areola stretching.

#1
Sad

Heyy all my NB guru's out there-- I really want to get NB but I have been freaked out about areola stretching. I emailed NB myself, asking if the tape would help any areola expansion and this is what they replied with:

"Hi, Thank you for your email. As the areola is part of the skin, as the breast expands so will the areola. Its like a picture on a balloon. The bigger you blow the balloon up the bigger the picture becomes. Nipple covers and tape will only work to help the nipples form enlarging rather then the areola."

I would be so grateful if someone could shine some light on this for me-- getting larger areolas are a huge no no for me. I like the size I am at now. I was hoping the tape would stop any expansion but NB emailing me back saying it's only for the nipple not the surrounding skin-- has anyone found their areola's growing with the use of NB? Has the tape worked for you?

I am at a complete standstill any help is much appreciated! thank you <3

Hi MissB!

I have found that taping does help with keeping the areola from stretching out, at least for me. The key is so cover the entire areola with tape when you pump so that none of the areola skin gets pulled. I use a medical tape I found at a drug store, it sticks pretty well. I've also ordered some silicone nipple covers, that I plan to tape down as well, which might be easier on the actual nipple skin than the adhesive. But in the meantime, I tape away. I also put one long piece of tape from the nipple up to the top of my breast so that when I pump, the underboob is pulled more than the top. I find this creates more suction on every other part of the breast instead of the nipple area, which is what I'm going for. It adds another step, and it's not exactly comfortable, (especially the tape removal at the end of a session - that's a party.) but the results are beginning (Slowly, slowly!) to speak for themselves.

I'm no doctor, but I think the balloon metaphor is flawed, because we can manipulate our skin to stretch in certain areas and not others, whereas the latex in a balloon doesn't work that way. It's like jowls on a jawline, how can that one single little area of skin stretch and the rest not? Same thing.

OMG! *hugs* thank you so much! see, this is why I like posting on here I get to see other people's methods and pick their brain! I am so appreciative of what you wrote-- I, too am trying to gain more underboob, so that is a great way to achieve it! An old friend of mine on here used to lay with her back arched, so her breasts were almost, like, hanging upside down? (yano what I mean? lol) which pulled the underboob out more. I was going to try that but this way sounds a bit more comfortable! so thank you Smile

I am going to try to use the tape like you suggest and cross my fingers. I will be monitoring it as well. I think what you said is true, that we can manipulate it. That's what I always thought.. but she had me doubting it. I think we know the ins and outs of NB more than the people who work for it! lol but maybe she couldnt give me an objective answer bc it's different for all people. All in all, thank you! Smile

You're welcome!

As far as I can tell, the best way to get the underboob going with the tape method is to make sure that the tape end (on the upper side, toward the clavicle) is long enough to remain outside of the Noogle cup, so that the pressure of the cup rim helps to hold the tape in place and pull the nipple up, exposing more pressure to the underboob area. Pumps are without prejudice - they will exert the same negative pressure to whatever surface is exposed. Expose more underboob, get more pull to stretch underboob. Oh, which reminds me: make sure to use a tape that doesn't stretch!

Also, I put the tape on before any oils, because the oils will render the tape useless. I only use oils on the inner, under and side boob areas where the cup rims will go and a little outside of that, so I can easily pull in more flesh from the surrounding areas. Once I'm finished with a pumping session, then I massage them both with more oil, especially where the tape pulled off.

I get the feeling that once I get more underboob stretched and available in the cups, pumping will automatically stretch everything the way I want and my baroque tape method will be unnecessary. Until then, though, I'm taping!

If any of the foregoing doesn't make a lick of sense, let me know. It's weird to describe it. Tongue

I totally get it, you painted a clear image for me. I think this is so smart, thank you so much for commenting and sharing this with me Smile I think when my NB comes in I am going to try this exact thing. Is it okay if I quote you on my thread? Smile

Sure - quote away! When I pump tomorrow, I'll try to remember to take pictures of the process as I go. Because I go through so much tape (and your boobs are waaaaaaaaaay bigger than mine so you will too) I'll be sourcing cheaper tape, probably via Amazon or some such. If I come up with something worthwhile, I'll share!

Okay, let's all enjoy the hilarity of watching me try to upload photographs - I'm like a monkey with a stick. Dodgy

Okay, so presuming this actually attaches, here is a little photo journal of my taping method.

The photo progression is in a Z formation:
Top Left: The girls in all their, uh, glory...?
Top Right: First tape application, vertical
Bottom Left: Second tape application, horizontal, complete nipple coverage (use as much tape as you need here, several pieces if need be...)
Bottom Right: With Noogle on, CXL

I forgot to mention yesterday, due to the tape actually coming outside of the cup, it does compromise the suction within, so you will need to get used to repumping very frequently. However, it does give it an automatic pump and release cadence, which has worked well for many folks. Further, it has actually completely eliminated the incidences of red dots, pressure blisters, and other side effects of overpumping I experienced when I threw them on, pumped away and then just left them there. Granted, it's easier to do it that way, less vigilance, but this method might inadvertently be better for the health of the breast. I'm no doctor, but maybe there is something to this crazy "everything in moderation" fad...Tongue

Believe it or not, the top left photo is actually progress, however my work schedule is crazy unreliable, so I'm certain that just about anyone with a more structured program could have quicker results. I'm bracing myself for slow growth, especially due to the fact that the supplements really wreak havoc with my system, so I think I'm giving them up for good.

If I think of anything else helpful, I'll post. Plus I'll be documenting on another thread of my own too. Smile

OOOOOOOOOO <333 your boobies are so nicee and I love your figure *__* I feel like your breasts will grow into such a nice shape.

I am totally okay with re pumping, I mean, I rather do it a longer way and get the results I want then just take an easy route and not be as happy or content, yano? so the taping actually helps aid in less red dots? are red dots common? I always said when I get it I am not going to over pump, I don't want to damage cells/skin. I'd die. Lol o_o

what supps are bothering your system? do you know your hormones well? I found growth without herbs, (just maca, its the only herb I take) everything else was vitamins or things like collagen and LArginine Smile Eating right and water Smile

OMG thank you for saying that! I hope they do, that's the plan, right?

It isn't the taping per se that prevents the red dots, it's the fact that you can't get super suction for very long because the tape sticking out of the cup prevents a good tight seal from forming between the cup and your skin. At first this was super irritating, but now I see it might really be a blessing in disguise! You literally pump every minute or so. Sounds daunting, but you totally get used to it.

I believe it's the elevated hormones in general that are making me dizzy, nauseous, and most recently, panicky (which, if you don't get panic attacks, is a horrible, heart-attacky feeling). So, no more supplements for me. It could be my age, it could be a million different things. I just know I'm feeling better since stopping everything. Cleaning out the liver is never a bad thing, so I'll do that, eat right, think right, and touch my boobs whenever I can. Tongue

I totally want to reinstitute my maca, I love it! But right now, I'm a tad gun shy. After I've found a balance with my basic nutritional supplements, I'll bring back the maca, vitex and EPO, then further the process still with spearmint, reishi, or saw palmetto. But that's a ways off. I expect to go at least a month without any boob growth-oriented supplements, just balanced nutrition, lots of water and rest. Naps rule.
