Hi everyone
I must say it so nice to finally discover this forum!
I thought I was alone in this silly journey of mine,
but its so nice to finally have so insight from other people on this NBE struggle!
So .. Im new here, but have tried lots of things in terms of NBE,
which I'd love to share with you guys.
Some general information about myself: Early twenties, 34B/32C Cup, Female
1st attempt: Birth control
Started using a combination pill in my late teens (18-19 years)
My breast had pretty much already grown into their final size,
which made birthcontrol not an effective method for me.
It did however have an effect, since I switched from a high estrogen to a low estrogen pill,
I noticed a decrease in menstrual pain, duration and breast tenderness.
Conclusion: If you are still growing, the hormones in birth control will have an effect on your body
- but don't rush this, hormones might as well mess up your natural system.
2nd attempt: Herbs and natural phytoestrogens
Only natural products: pure fenugreek and soy.
Ok, first of, during this period I really went all out,
so please don't take my experience as a sole representative for this method.
While taking fenugreek pills (up to 6 x a day) for about a month,
I also tried my best to eat and drink soy often (Soybeans, Soymilk, etc.) and milk.. hey why not.
On top of this I kept taking birthcontrol and skipped a break.
This method is what had the most effect on me. Sadly, in a bad way.
My breast changed, they barely grew but were always very tender and painful.
And then one day I noticed one was slightly bigger and had a small hard lump
Ofcourse, I panicked and went to the doctor.
Everything was fine, but all this increased estrogen was surely at the base of this problem.
I received a Progesterone cream against the pain, but never used.
Also discovered that I have 'lumpy breasts' which I will have to get checked regularly as I get older.
This discouraged me and I stopped trying with hormones.
Conclusion: Do surely have an effect, but since phytoestrogens mimic estrogen but are not the same,
they are what are called 'neuro-endocrine disruptors'
and may alter your natural system which may cause your body to respond well, or not so well (in my case)
3th attempt: Massaging
Chi massage, Female Deer and all kinds of Japanese massages
(Instructions to all can be found on the forum)
Doing this intensively for about a month, about 30 min a day up to an hour, while using coconut oil.
I would say this is a good physical AND mental exercise.
While my breasts became noticeably firmer and fuller,
(Improved shape a lot, size also, but just a bit - maybe at most 1 cup?)
my view about them became much more 'tolerant' and accepting.
Conclusion: By far my favorite method. Can't go more natural than this.
Very relaxing for mind and body. Breast become more full and firm.
No significant breast growth in my one month of intensive massaging.
4th attempts: Suction Devices
Started off with a cheap knock off, that kept falling apart, now using Noogleberry in size L, very good quality!
I just started and have been pumping every other day for about 30 min to an hour.
The first week was a struggle and I only pumped one breast at a time,
because the cups kept falling off and losing pressure (ribcage too small)
It was very messy and frustrating - and I pretty much gave up.
The second week I tried for real, both cups, lots of coconut oil and the 7:2 method with massaging.
Lets start with the negative: My breasts sadly don't swell (much)
and often feel cold, therefor I have not seen growth over these 2 last weeks.
Major benefit: After the first week I noticed a big change in my breasts,
While they were always very lumpy, suddendly my breast where sooooo soft
No kidding, its a huge change with no more pain when touching!
More updates coming soon
Conclusion: Simply a good method to try and/or have as a backup. Very natural.
Beware of overpumping! After a good week, noticed a drastic change in breast 'composition', but no growth.
Thats it!
Please do share your thoughts, questions and own experiences!
I am very curious to hear from you guys!
