Extract form a post on the board.
**added information to the extract**
"The st herb pills are made from a whole plant powder and have "other tropical herbs" that are non-estrogenic in them as well. They are pretty much the same form and dosage as what was used in the clinical trial that is cited by both Mirifem and st herb. They are taken on and off, to conform to your cycle...they dosage is 800mg a day because they are powder herb rather than extract.
The Mirifem pills contain a PM extract...therefore the dosage in mg is smaller number....these pills also contain some other Phytoestrogen herbals, a compound to aid absorption (Bioperine) and Activin a grape seed skin extract that is an antioxidant. They contain a "super food" called spirulena which is actually an algae that is packed with basic nutrients. These can be taken everyday and do not need to be "cycled" with your period. ** they are time-released now**
The Mirifem has not been out that long with this new formula ** FULL Potential**. I have not had the time to gather any significant number of reviews of this new formula. I welcome anyone using it to please let us all know how it works for them. Let me know personally as well so I can report to other customers."

Testimonial just recieved a few hours ago by a first time customer. maybe i will see if she will come and join the forum and keep us informed of her progress, since they have so many women here interested.
"Hello, I have been taking the Full Potential pills for a little over 2 weeks, I now see and feel a notiiceable difference. Although my size is still an A cup, its a FULL A cup (before taking the pills not full at all). So I can only imagine the difference the pills will make in 30 days forward. Thanks so much for such a great product.//Al, US 06.18.07"

Peuraria UK is not such good quality according to what others here seem to think anyway. I noticed a few girls seem to think the quality is not so good as the other brands you mention.

Product Review: Pueraria Extreme from Pueraria UK
The title says it all.
What? Extreme?
Extreme referrs to the suspiciously high dose of PM in these capsules. They have 500mg in them. Compare to St herb at 200mg Powder (per capsule)and Mirifem 75 mg Extract(per tablet).
You might say...well gee, 500mg that sounds great...more is better isn't it? Well not neccessarily. Especially when you are talking about PM. My first thought when checking out this product was "why did they find it necessary to put so much into the capsule?" The answer, I believe, is most likely that they have used Pueraria that is inexpensive to use...the stuff from wild grown plant material. It is cheap and there is a lot of it in Thailand.
The problem is that because the stuff is harvested randomly and too early...(miroestrol only develops in the tubers after years of growth) it contains little or no active ingredients. Therefore they crammed 500mg into a cap to make it look like a good deal.
You can take all the PM in the world but if it has low levels of active ingredient...miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol mainly, it won't do you much good and might even cause unwanted side effects. This is what I suspect is in the Pueraria UK Product.
The price they sell for is also a give away...the selected hybred species that have the 5-10 year harvest cycle and grow for commercial and research purposes on that farm in Thailand is expensive...the Pueraria UK with 500mg ea at the price they are selling just can't be the good stuff.
Have you ever wondered why you see PM talbets for sale on ebay and elsewhere on the Internet for $7.00 for a bottle of 100 300mg tablets etc. These are made from this wild variety of Pueraria plant.
So the difference is basically in the level of active ingredient in the raw material used in these products...St Herb and Mirifem use premium grade cultivar....I question highly that Pueraria Uk's, Extreme uses this grade of Pueraria in their supplement.
Hope this helps...
