What are some good types of foods/drinks to add to your program?
Does anyone have a good diet plan or things to add/avoid?

Whole grains, Oregano, garlic, black beans,lentils, tomatoes, cucumbers, vit c rich fruits, cabbage, kale, onions, full fat milk,(nuts for healthy fats),walnuts, pistachios,seeds sunflower seeds, chia seeds avocado's,
fish/seafood, chicken,lean meat, apples plums, strawberries, blueberries, enough fat in your diet too..(stay in healthy limits) And ofcourse enough carbs not the refined processed ones. Dried prunes, watermelon, broccoli, beetroots, carrots fennel and I think there are even more foods out there to try...
Some drinks: (no sugary drinks) water, red wine they say and white whine and (black) tea+ milk should be your only drinks if you want to do it perfect.
