Hi sweet people,
So I was thinking about increasing the blood flow in my breasts, so that with the same amount of BO hormones I take, I can get better results with NBE.
And I thought maybe to buy compression socks/tights, and also raise the bed at my legs 5/6 inches at night.
They make the blood flow in your legs better, lots of blood gets stuck there. And I thought it is a pretty waste of time/money/hormones to get stuck in your legs doing nothing.
This is generally really healthy anyway for preventing Deep Vein Thrombosis.
I have an increased risk, because I use Birth Control Pills with ethinyl estradiol in it.
Also all the extra hormones we take, might increase the risk even more.
So I was wondering if anyone had any experience with socks or tights. I am not sure which to buy.
Here is a fun animated video I found on youtube on compression socks and the mechanism: https://youtu.be/AZXjrmziUWM
