Am looking for sources of fat soluble vitamins and ways to boost nutrient absorption?
There is a wealth of information here on the boards so wanting to pick all your lovely brains please.
This is for a medical condition i wont go into but the cure lies in the above!

Also calcium and phosphorous rich foods also! Any one?

Vitamin A,D,E,K2 are fat soluble vitamins. I lean towards olive oil to enhance the absorption of those vitamins myself...though coconut oil would work too. Pumpkin seeds (tops the list) and sunflowers seeds are high in phosphorus.

Ah thank you dear friend. Yes phosphorous is a big one so thats great, i will start consuming the sunflower seeds xx
