Is this a coincidence or is PM making me drop water weight?!?

Maybe I'm reading into it and there's another cause but I'm dropping water weight I was holding onto and it started a couple of days after taking PM..

no way... because PM is acting as an estrogen. Estrogen is responsible for water retention. Gestagen (progesteron) counteracts on that and rather would be responsible for water loss. You don´t have diabetes, do you?
