Hello! I have lurked here for a while and bought a few supplements to get started. I don't have a lot of knowledge on these things, so I was hoping for some kind of guidance on the plan I've created for myself.
I am 26 and barely at 32C currently. I also take birth control (Apri: 0.15mg desogestrel and 0.03mg ethinyl estradiol) and have for years now -- However, I am open to trying a different different birth control if you guys think I could do better with different progestin/ estrogen levels. I also drink uncaffeinated spearmint tea every day.
My daily supplement intake:
Maca Root 1900mg - 4 capsules
Kava Kava 750mg - 2 capsules
Vitex 400mg - 4 capsules
When I started out only taking the 4 Vitex capsules and 2 Kava Kava capsules per day I had some growth. My boobs grew to a noticeably fuller 32C, but then growth stopped. I added on the Maca capsules to continue some growth but instead they shrunk. I figured it was just an adjustment period, but it has been about a month now and my breasts have had absolutely no growth. WHat should I do? I plan on no longer taking the Maca, but would love any suggestions on what would work well with my vitex/kava kava plan for continued growth. Thank you!
