Hi everyone!
I been on Breast Nexus for almost a year now and I love it! Years ago, before discovering this site, I tried NBE but I didn’t know what I was doing so it didn’t work out well. I decided to do some research and started a BO program around 7 months ago and it really works!! It was a slow and steady growth though so dont be discouraged. I grew about a cup size and I have lots of growing pains!
Some facts about me:
- I am a 24 year old cisgender female
- I used to be very skinny; I did not eat very well during puberty years (as in did not eat a lot and only ate candy and snacks; had a eating disorder)
- Now I eat a lot because I workout a lot; a lot of lifting to grow glutes and core
My Program:
Everday:
- 1 250mg Swanson’s BO
- 1 750mg L-Tyrosine
- 1 K2 + D3
- Combination BCP
I try to take everyday:
- 3g MSM
- 2g HMB
- 2g Creatine
- A little tiny bit of bee pollen
- Spearmint tea
- 2g L Glutamine
- Around 100g of protein per day
Notes:
I am not sure if I should add anything to optimize results. I was considering Maca again but every time I take it I feel grumpy and my sex drive goes down (which is what it’s used for normally). My sex drive is usually high when off Maca so I’m wondering if it’s helping or hurting.
