Hello Swanson has 100mg per capsule and Ainterol has 500mg per capsule.
Should I take 5 capsule a day of Swanson?
Which brand is more effective?

Definitely don't take 5 capsules a day of Swanson. That would be a huge amount.
What you need to understand is that Ainterol is pueraria mirifica powder and Swanson is an extract, so therefore not the same thing at all and you can't make a direct comparison between the two.

Ainteriol (whole PM-plant 500mg a day) ?

The Swanson 100mg is stronger than the Ainterol 500mg.

It isn't only about what's strongest though. Ainterol or Barlowe's is closer to what nature intended.
