I'm just curious if anyone really knows what's in BO.  Some say mainly estrogen but some say mainly progesterone. Has any supplier ever given a breakdown of contents?

No there isn't any breakdown available for bovine ovary or any other glandular product, pituitary, mammary etc. In any glandular tissue the contents are going to vary significantly.
