as I progress in my breast quest, my left nipple stays erect and hard most of the time.
Right behaves nicely.
Any ideas why?

It could be a circulation issue with the blood flow being lighter to one nipple. Or it could be that the nerves in one nipple are more sensitive than the other. Anyhow, I doubt if there's anything seriously wrong, so I wouldn't be concerned about it.

You might have blocked ducts on the right side. It's a possibility, but one erect nipple is nothing abnormal. What kind of massages are you doing?
