Thanks to Breast Nexus for providing a section on PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome). Since it affects so many women I think it's definitely worth a section in the forum, as many women interested in following NBE will have this condition.

Yes and it's highly relevant to NBE because of the hormone imbalances that PCOS leads to and consequently the likely lack of the very hormones needed for normal breast development, estrogen and progesterone.

Well I've always had small breasts and generally wondered if there was any specific reason. It was only when I found this forum that I made the PCOS connection and my thought now is whether my breasts ever fully developed.
