Evebra Pumping Program

#41

Super interested to see how this works! I think you’ll continue to make real progress if you high pressure pump frequently enough. You should have your boobs swollen or coming off being swollen most of the time and i think your body should do real growth in there even without the evebra.

The evebra doctor and papers would say this is unproven and would play down your chance of success, but i think you’ll continue to grow some. just not at the same statistical likelihood of if you stayed on tons of hours of low pressure pump.

low pressure long term is super hard (I’m doing it now). it takes so much life force to just keep everything woking and on and clean and learning to sleep. you also gotta have support systems and time in place and it is just like a HUGE major effort. the Evebra is easy kinda to put on for the first time, but once everything gets covered with vaseline the tubes don’t stay on and the cup skirts get damaged and it is just like a nightmare of logistics. i currently have hose clamps on the tubes and taped over which makes getting it on and off a challenge. if i don’t have the clamps the hoses pop off all the time. i cant really do housework well and like my whole job seems to be boobs right now. It’s a huge luxury and super hard work to do low and long.

Anyway, higher pressure 3 to 4 times a day long term plus massage and supplements? i think ya got a great shot at growth long term!

I’ve decided to abandon this thread and make a new one. I feel like I should use this last post to do a quick recap. Evebra recommends at least 12 hours of daily use, but not once have I manage to do that many hours in one day. I did manage to keep the system on all night about one night out of every 2 weeks. Even so I tended to average only 2 to 5 hours of pumping per day on any given week. Doing that alone, with no herbs, massage, or anything else, I’ve grown about 1 cup size in 11 weeks. I’m now selling my Evebra, and I’ve switched to a low duration/high pressure pumping style and I’ve started taking herbs again. I’d link to my new program, but I haven’t written it yet. Click my profile to find it once it’s posted, if you’re interested.
