So I saw this one comment on the nbe subreddit where this one lady wrote down her nbe routine, which included amazake, and I was wondering if it by itself or added to a routine would help with nbe. She was doing other things which I probably won't do, including taking this obscure Chinese herb, but is drinking amazake, a fermented Japanese Rice drink, everyday good help with nbe?

Yes it could help because it contains many nutrients that may be useful for breast growth. Amazake is one of those trendy superfoods which are very nutritious and it's said to have a positive impact on almost every part of the body, including curing constipation, so yes promoting breast growth is a potential benefit of amazake but just one potential benefit from a very large list of potential benefits.
The nutrients in amazake that may help with breast growth are digestive enzymes which give important aid to digestion, amino acids which grow and repair body tissue and help hormone secretion, vitamin B which also helps with hormones, vitamin E which traditional Chinese medicine tells us is an important breast enhancement ingredient and vitamin C which helps the body to absorb collagen.

thank you, that's really informative! it's worth a try then, I have to buy rice koji first before trying to experiment with fermenting to make amazake. Keeping it warm for like 8 hours straight is probably going to the biggest challenge, I might need to borrow a slow cooker or something.

If it becomes too challenging, you can always get the same digestive enzymes from eating bananas or mangoes. Then there are many sources of course for the other nutrients mentioned, the protein (amino acids) and the various vitamins.
