My new pumping and PM log

#1

I followed a pumping only program for eleven weeks and grew around 1 cup size. I was attempting to follow an Evebra program, but found it too difficult, so I put my Evebra up for sale, and switched to pumping with the noogleberry system exclusively, and taking herbs. Right now I’m on week 13 of my current NBE journey. I’ve only been following this new version of my program for about a week. I’ll probably update my measurements every 2 months and post before and after pics at the 6 month point.

Height: 5’3
Weight: 132
Underbust: 30.5
Bust: 33
Bra size: 32B

Pumping Schedule:
3 to 4 hours of 7:2 pump and release daily. That means I pump and hold for seven minutes. Then I release the vacuum pressure for 2 minutes. I keep repeating that cycle for the entire 3 to 4 hours.

Supplement Cycling Schedule:
(Day 1 of the menstrual cycle is the first day of my period)

600 mg pueraria mirifica daily for the first 14 days of my cycle.

100mg bio-identical progesterone (in the form of a cream) daily for the last 10 days of my cycle.

4000mg shatavari (containing 30% saponins) daily for my entire cycle

5000mg maca daily for my entire cycle

The maca was kinda an impulse purchase. I’ll keep using it, but I suspect it’s the least important part of my program, if it’s even doing anything at all. All of these products are dirt cheap loose powders other than the progesterone cream. I dump the powders into a glass of cranberry juice and chug it. The powders are extremely finely ground, without much bitterness or bad smells, and the cranberry juice has an extremely strong flavor, so the resulting boobie potion has a surprisingly good taste and texture.

Ahhh this program looks so straight forward and GREAT! I'm looking forward to following along your program Shela! One thing I would add is be abit careful with taking so much Maca, it has more of a tendency to give butt/lower half growth rather than boob growth(though some experience boob growth) and alot of the time increases not just estrogen but also testosterone so look out for any androgenic symptoms. Happy growing!  Hug Heart

I recommend that you add massaging with oil. Everybody seems to have their favorite oil, and many work well. Suggest Almond oil or Coconut oil. Gentle massage, few minutes, before and after pumping, even a little during breaks in pumping.

It’s the beginning of my second cycle on herbs, so I thought I’d update. I don’t want to take measurements yet though. So far it looks like my period stopped after only 3 days, which has never happened before in my entire life. I’m not too concerned about it, since I think menstrual disturbances are almost unavoidable on PM if you’re not also on birth control.

I also switched to a larger cup size around 2 weeks ago. I went from small to medium. I’m not sure if I should have. I definitely wasn’t filling the cup, but my nipple was reaching beyond the end of the ruler on the side. I’ve always heard it’s best not to wait until you’re filling the dome. Now that I’m wearing the larger cups, I can’t handle the same pressure I could before. The same pressure on the gauge feels much more intense when there’s more air space in the dome.

James, if you’re still reading this, do you know why that is? And is it better to use the smaller domes at a higher pressure, or the bigger domes at a lower pressure? You’re this forums vacuum physics guy.

It's all about the area on your chest. The larger size is larger diameter so the force will be higher with the same pressure. However that doesn't mean you can expect the same results at lower pressure. Look into padding to make it more comfortable.

Thanks James. As usual I only half understood you. That’s my fault not yours. I don’t understand what the difference between force and pressure is in this instance. I gather that I need to increase pressure whether I like it or not. Lack of padding isn’t really the issue because the actual sensation of stretch on my skin is more intense in these larger domes. For me it’s a sensation in between intense itch and slight burning. Then again, I am experiencing a little more pressure against my sternum and underbust, which is honestly not that bad, but any improvement in comfort is very important for me since I’m apparently a little baby weenie about discomfort while pumping. Bosom Beauty put out some new domes with super thick silicone skirts on them since they’re trying to compete with Evebra. I may try those out. I’m not sure. I’m trying not to over buy NBE stuff for once.

I was using force as the pressure you feel by the rim of the cup on your chest. I assumed you were complaining about more pain because of the rim digging into your chest. The air pressure on your breast could remain the same while the force on the rim increases. The low air pressure on your breast is what causes the stretching and growth. So it is independent of the feeling of the rim force. Clear as mud?

I have not seen evidence that waiting to completely filling a cup to move up is better or worse than switching early. There are lots of opinions, no demonstrated facts.

I could have sworn I saw a post, god knows how many years ago, talking about how different sizes and shapes of domes somehow distribute the pressure differently (or something like that) and how that affects both growth and comfort. I figured it was probably you (James) that posted it, but I guess you didn’t, and I could be misremembering the post so badly that it’s unrecognizable. I’m going back to the small domes, because I really can’t handle 3 hours of higher pressure in the medium cups yet.

I probably shouldn’t still fit into the small cups after more than 3 months. I’m still having the same issue I always had with pumping. I seem to swell much less than most other people. I know this forum well enough to realize people will assume I’m dehydrated or have “poor circulation”, but I don’t really think either of those things is true. Massage and heat have also never really increased my swelling. At least I’ve been having some random sharp pains in my boobs lately. I choose to believe that’s a good sign.
