Regarding the Pueraria Mirifica pills, the manufacturer states that the concentrate is in the pills. According to the description, there should be 350mg of concentrate in each capsule, which results in a total of 1050mg of normal powder.

When can I expect to see results with this combination?

I weigh 91kg (currently losing weight) and my height is 175cm.

The quantities you're taking are very modest, apart from the Pueraria Mirifica, so I don't know if the others will have much impact. They are low quantities for sure. What brand of Pueraria Mirifica are you taking, as that can make a big difference?
