LOL I was just trying to be silly,
it 'means' that while girls who are born naturally big may say they "love" their boobs, their boobs will never be as "touched" as ours are, because we massage them for growth and stuff. Just a play on words lol.

Oh! lol. Slow me. That's what I get for being on the forums when I'm trying to study for finals in another language.
I was thinking that we get "touched" more because we have less to be touched or something. Silly me.
