hello every one,
any one ever tried beef gelatin instead of chicken feet ?.i am taking one table spoon a day .it has 90% protein plus i am taking soy milk .i started 5 days ago, hope i won't gain no weight.

I take collagen +C by neocell it has both type l and lll collagens in it. l is considered hydrolized collagen, which is also known as gelatin so it's basically the same thing as beef gelatin. Check out the wiki files on it.

Different supplement companies call theirs different things, so knowning all the names will let you really do a thorough search for price comparison, after you break down how many grams are in each serving. I think 6 is supposed to be the goal amount, but if you are dealing with adrenal fatigue or another health issue you want to use it for, higher amounts are suggested.
