well I just took an online hormone test via the above website. According to the site I have excess estrogen so would this be a good program for me?

FlatOne, did you take their saliva test? cause the mutliple choose answers aren't a very good guide, I got 2 on 2, 3, and 5 group, and 0 on the others. 2 and 3 would be weird for one person to have lol cause one is estrogen deficiency and the other is excess estrogen, so that doesn't make sense. So yea if you want an accurate measure, get a real test done.

do I see a specialist to do this? or my regular doctor?

I'm not sure I never had one done cause I don't think there is anything wrong with my hormones. I would think a gynecologist? But maybe call your regular doctor and ask, you would more than likely need a referral from your regular doctor to see a specialist anyway.
