Is it possible that BO would make one boob grow faster or generally bigger than the other? like, amplify the difference from the naturally small boob n the bigger one? make it more noticable? Does it just do it at first then regulates itself over time? is this all crazy talk and im just making up the worst case scenario? someone enlighten me?

I think it varies between individuals. I think some even out and others don't. I had one breast bigger than the other and it always responded better to NBE making the difference a little bigger. If that happens to you I would recommend using the suction method on the smaller breast (noogleberry or Brava), that evened mine out. Good luck
