First of all I whant to appologize for my poor english, I'm from Sweden so I hope to be eccused for that 
I've just desided to start with NBE. After what I've read I have decided to start with PM-pills "Bust-Up", witch is a swedish brand that containes 70% PM. I've mailed the company asking for information about the pills wieght, but have not recived answer yet. I'm planning to use massage aswell, and also stop smoking and avoy alcohol and coffé.
I would be very greatful for any tips. What to think about, if I could use anything to complete, or whatever! This truely is a djungel, but after I found this forum atleast I feel hopeful about learning to navigate some day
