CAN SOMEone explain me how to use heating pad with herbs? Do you put it directly on breasts or you use a towel. And do you hold it with your hands or you don't have to use hands.
Please I will really appreciate these information

It is best to apply the cream or liquid and then put the heating pad on for 5 min. Or sometimes I put the heating pad on before I apply the liquid and cream. That way it opens the pores up. Not sure if it really helps, but the girls are growing
I use Natureday, but I am sure any liquid products will work.
Tina.

Thanks very much Tina, can you tell me what is your programme, because you said it works?
Best luck

seems like you would put it on a towel and then on your breast to prevent burns.if it gets that hot in all.

Set heated pad to low.
Put on for 5 minutes.
Rub in batter.
Place plastic wrap on your chest, with batter still on, to protect the heated pad.
Put on heated pad for 20 or 30 minutes.
Sleep with batter on if possible.
All done.
