A few weeks ago I ordered my UB and was a wee bit worried that it hadn't come yet. I'm from New Zealand and last night I sent an email to customs stating the ingredients in UB and asked if it was prohibited item or not. they replied saying I need a prescription from a New Zealand doctor
is there any chance of me getting my UB?
Can UB be shipped internationally?
Can I possibly get a refund?

still all sealed so I guess customs didn't pick up on it.
