so i"m thinking of switching to PM next month if breast actives doesn't show any progress but i'm looking for a few answers you can help me with.

how is PM taken? as in the cycles, etc. i am on the BCP so cluess about ovulation and so i was thinking of taking PM with my bc pills then stopping on my week break (period) would this work? or would it mess the hormones about.

also what other sups are needed with PM?
