clarification on cycling

#1

I keep reading on everyone cycling pm with their cycle but can't find a precise answer so here is my question. For those of us wanting to use the day 1 through ovulation technique do you time the last pill of the cycle to the day of ovulation or the day before. Example. I have a 28 day cycle. I ovulate on day 14 like clockwork when nothing is broke. So is my pm cycle days 1-13... or 1-14?

Thanks, Mel

1-12 I think: women who stop on days 13 or 14 still have cycles longer than 28 days.

I stop when I see temperature drop just before ovulation. This is the way to actually find out when you ovulate, probably you already know this. It says the ovulation will occur within 48 hours.
