I can say what's worked for me and that's mainly eating a Mediterranean diet: lots of veggies, fish, Italian food....yum! Beyond that, just nutrient-rich foods, cooking with olive oil, lots of garlic for flavor and not neglecting carbs. By making sure I'm not too skinny, I feel I'm able to help manipulate the extra fat to my breasts through noogle and massage.
Your absolutely right Jen. I was just thinking that today. Its soo easy to get carried away and forget the WHOLE picture and take into consideration the herbs we are taking AND the
foods we are consuming & its accumulative effect. For that reason I want personally to REMEMBER to take milk thistle in the hopes it will flush out any excess toxins if applicable!
PS I absolutely want to find a meditteranian recipe book. I love olive oil and want to feed the family more healthy. Have been consuming too much protein lately!

Ladies,
It's what foods promote NBE, not specific to one action over the over. Meaning if I had a egg white omelet, (it would fall under dairy eggs as estrogenic).,
For lunch we find something off the list here that minimize testosterone
Chicken
Fenugreek
Saw palmetto
Chick peas
Cherries
Black eyed peas
Fennel seeds
Whole grains
And for dinner we choose something that has items that block dht. It's all about balance, we want to grow a list that has all the bases covered. I'd like to see something strong for a protein dish to cover HGH, a ribeye steaks perhaps. Also it's the good HDL vs LDL, and finding the right balance.

Dont be offended lotus! Absolutley wasnt implying that in any way shape or form, you know that. What you said re covering each base is an excellent idea and i never thought of that.
For me personally i tend to get lost in everything and am guilty of including all things
foods herbs otherwise estrogenic without giving a second thought to the other hormone promoting
foods. I need a slap in the face every now and then to bring me back down to earth and see the bigger picture and incorporating the other side of it.

Right i have a quick moment to clarify my comment then its bedtime for me
What i meant was for someone like me! I see all these wonderful boobie
foods added and i get all excited and decide to add all these
foods to my diet on top of the spices and herbs i already take and without giving a second thought or consideration to what
foods promote what hormones and the potential repurcussions of all im consuming hormone related
by the by i really dont know which
foods increase/reduce what or even what dht is for that matter (sad but true)
So lotus if you came up with a meal plan/table as such that would cover the bases like you touched on earlier then i for one would love to incorporate those
foods that way into my diet. I dont know enough about these
foods to consume them in a safe manner if you will, hope that makes sense and clears up any confusion??
Also would love tp know which
foods promote hgh if any? Me being in my 30s may have very little production of this and im a terrible sleeper so if you can pass some on id be greatfull!

Personally, I'm not using herbs. So any help I can get from food is paramount!
I've always loved the Mediterranean diet. I've done some general reading on it, but I think I'll do some more to encourage myself to incorporate more of its principles into my everyday food intake. Not only is it so healthy, but it's such a yummy way to eat.

That's awesome that you're a chef! I know that's not what you meant, but I know plenty of people will read this thread and for those who are not educated enough (yet) I just want to make sure they know that a diet rich in estrogen (on top of herbs) is not necessarily the answer!
I was one of those who foolishly thought estrogen=breast growth. This was many years ago but I paid the price and STILL didn't have any permanent growth! I had a huge hair fallout and have two estrogen spots on my face now permanently! We all must find out what our body needs FIRST before diving into an internal regime.
