My Program Condensed

Your results are great! You weren't kidding about the Noogleberry! I've been getting great results so far (and like you, didn't have much growth with just herbs. It was when I added the noogleberry, massages -and maca- when I started seeing results).

So, are you still doing the NB pretty much daily? I've been trying the skip a day routine to see if that works (like you do with weight lifting to give time for your tissue to grow/repair). But I haven't done it every day yet, so I don't know which way is more effective yet. Both ways make sense! Lol

Your thread is inspirational! Great work!

Charlie_girl - Keep us posted about whether skipping a day works. I'm curious to know.. plus it would save us all a lot of time Smile

But that is no way an A on the first photo, at least a large B

Still congratulations on your growth!

Congrats!
You look awesome.
You achieved all that growth with the NB only.
That was my motivation to buy one, but obviously it don't works for me- for me herbs are working.

Ok. I can't really compare it to daily pumping though since I haven't done that yet. I've had pretty good results so far. Only been pumping for a month now (every other day) and I've gained an inch. But also have been on maca for a month and have been massaging. As well a other herbs, but maca is the new addition. It's a root grown in Peru. There's so much info on it, I don't want to hijack her thread Smile Lots of girls use it to boost their butt, some see boob growth too. There's a ton of health benefits, you can check out results from google, or search on here. More girls report on the benefits on black hair media. Everything I'm doing now I've done before, but I added Noogleberry & Maca and have gotten much better results so far Smile

Ahhhhhh rateset, always something kind to say. Smile That is not my starting photo. That is the first photo I HAVE. I started months before that photo was taken but erased them all after I found out my photos were showing up on google when you type in my email address. I came back though and added my most recent photos. I was way, way smaller when I started.

Hope that clarifies for you.

Thank you! I never pumped daily. I am like you with the weight-training philosophy. I usually noogle 3-5 days a week. It really varies though.

I just meant because you said you went from an A to a D/DD in a year! and the first picture was taken July 2013 and the 2nd July 2014. which is exactly 1 year.. so, that is actually what was stated, then it took longer then a year to grow from an A to a D/DD. Growing from an A to a D/DD in a year is very unlikely, no one should hope to get a growth like that.

You do have a great progress, I just meant the difference on the pictures is not from an A to a D, if you were smaller than on the first photo it took longer then a year, just that no one gets false hopes to reach a growth pace like that

Well......no. I believe I fit into my first D bra in Jan or Feb. so it actually took less than a year.

Maybe rateset meant that the pics of the two girls, which you showed as your starting pics, are bigger than an A. To me they look like B's.

I mean this pic:

Anyway, your progress is very inspiring. Smile
