Yes thats a good IGF-I! Thats the one I use and sometimes i use the lozenges by the company.

Well, GorgeousBlonde, you have convinced me and I have decided to purchase Borage Oil, IGF, and gelatin
I also love Iherb and NOW...haha. I just want to know further details of your program, like how much of each and when.

Currently, my program is composed of PM (folicular), Fenugreek (Luteal, but am trying to add it to my folicular along with my PM), Fennel (luteal), Wild Yam (luteal), Neocell Collagen, and Hyaluronic Acid.

I think Goat's Rue is a little expensive (pill or tincture form). So I am planning on using Fenugreek as a substitute. What do you think of that? Isabelle stated that it is similar except that it increases progesterone as well, which accounts for the fact that a little should be consumed when estrogen is the highest.
